About Alexandria Cline

Saguaro Peaks Exceptional Services LLC was founded by a certified Arizona special education teacher with experience supporting students across a wide range of learning profiles and educational settings. Throughout my career, I have worked with students in general education, special education, gifted education, and specialized programs serving learners with significant cognitive, behavioral, and academic needs. My experience includes supporting students with Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, learning disabilities, intellectual disabilities, executive functioning challenges, and twice-exceptional learners, as well as students who simply need additional academic support to build confidence and close learning gaps. I have worked with learners from preschool through high school, providing individualized instruction in reading, writing, mathematics, functional life skills, and social-emotional development. At Saguaro Peaks Exceptional Services, I believe every student deserves personalized support that recognizes their strengths while addressing their unique challenges. My approach combines evidence-based instructional practices, relationship-building, and individualized goal setting to create meaningful learning experiences that help students thrive. As a mobile educational service, I bring high-quality support directly to families, creating comfortable learning environments where students can develop skills, gain confidence, and reach their full potential. Whether a student requires academic intervention, enrichment opportunities, executive functioning support, or guidance navigating special education services, my goal is to provide compassionate, individualized support that empowers both students and families.

Teaching approach

I believe every student is capable of growth, progress, and success when provided with individualized support that is tailored to their unique strengths, needs, and goals. As an educator, my responsibility is to meet students where they are academically, socially, and emotionally, while creating opportunities for meaningful growth through evidence-based instruction and intentional relationship building. Throughout my career, I have worked with students across general education, special education, gifted education, and specialized programs serving learners with a wide range of cognitive, academic, behavioral, and social-emotional needs. These experiences have reinforced my belief that effective teaching is not about fitting students into a program—it is about designing instruction that responds to the individual learner. At the core of my practice is a commitment to in-depth progress monitoring and data collection. Educational decisions should be guided by objective information rather than assumptions. By consistently collecting, analyzing, and monitoring student performance data, I am able to identify strengths, address areas of need, measure growth, and adjust instructional strategies to ensure students are making meaningful progress toward their goals. Data-driven decision making allows me to provide targeted, effective support while celebrating each student's achievements along the way. I also believe that family impact is one of the most important factors in student success. Families know their children best, and their insight, experiences, and perspectives are invaluable. I welcome parents and caregivers as active members of their child's educational team and believe that strong collaboration between educators and families creates the most meaningful outcomes for students. Open communication, shared goal-setting, and ongoing partnership help ensure that support extends beyond tutoring sessions and into the student's daily life. My instructional approach combines evidence-based practices, individualized learning plans, student interests, and high expectations to create engaging and meaningful learning experiences. I strive to build trusting relationships where students feel safe, valued, and empowered to take academic risks, develop confidence, and advocate for their own needs. At Saguaro Peaks Exceptional Services, my mission is to provide personalized, compassionate, and high-quality educational support that helps students build skills, gain confidence, and reach their fullest potential. By combining individualized instruction, meaningful family collaboration, and data-driven decision making, I am committed to helping every learner reach new peaks!

IEP Record Review

Consultation
The IEP Record Review Consultation is designed to help families better understand their child's educational records, special education services, and current academic supports. During this consultation, educational documents such as Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), evaluation reports, progress reports, and related records are reviewed to identify strengths, areas of need, current accommodations, and educational goals. This service provides families with a clearer understanding of their child's educational program, how services are being implemented, and potential areas where additional support may be beneficial. Recommendations may be provided regarding academic interventions, skill development, executive functioning supports, accommodations, goal alignment, and strategies that can be used at home or in educational settings. The consultation is informational and collaborative in nature, allowing families to ask questions, discuss concerns, and gain insight into their child's educational progress and needs. A summary of findings and recommendations may be provided following the review to assist families in making informed decisions about future educational supports. Please Note: This consultation is intended for educational support and guidance purposes only and does not constitute legal advice, advocacy representation, or an independent educational evaluation (IEE). Recommendations are based solely on the records provided and information shared during the consultation.
